  1. Scope of the Product
    Bulgaria Expat Guide and Private Chat Group provides practical information to support your move to Bulgaria, including housing, neighborhoods, cost of living, and an overview of the residency process. The chat offers ongoing support and general answers related to relocation.
  2. When a 1-on-1 Consultation Is Required
    If you are unsure whether you qualify for Bulgarian residency—particularly as a non-EU citizen—you must book a 1-on-1 consultation instead of relying on the Guide or Chat. This consultation is designed to clarify eligibility and next steps.

If, after the consultation, we confirm that you are eligible and you wish to proceed, you may join the Guide + Chat with a 60% discount, which offsets the cost of the consultation.

  1. Use of the Chat as a Consultation
    If you purchase the Guide + Chat and use the chat to ask questions requiring assessment of your personal case, eligibility, legal path, or ability to qualify, this is considered receiving a consultation within the chat.

In such cases:

  • You have received a service equivalent to a paid consultation.
  • You will not be eligible for a refund, even if the conclusion is that Bulgaria is not a suitable option for you.

This ensures that the consultation service is used appropriately and not circumvented through refund requests.

  1. Money-Back Guarantee (3 Days)
    You may request a full refund within 3 days of joining the chat only if:
  • You reviewed the Guide,
  • You viewed the Chat,
  • And you did not receive any personalized guidance, expert advice, or consultation (including legal/accounting advice) based on your specific situation.

Refunds are intended for buyers who feel the material itself is not useful—not for situations where services have already been delivered.

  1. Consultations with Lawyers and Accountants

To clarify:

  • Their availability depends on their schedule and cannot be guaranteed immediately. Consultations are typically arranged within 1–2 weeks.
  • If you receive a lawyer or accountant consultation within the first 3 days, this is considered a delivered service, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
  1. Behavior and Removal from the Chat
    Respectful communication is required. You may be removed from the chat, without refund, if you:
  • Harass other members,
  • Behave abusively,
  • Spam the group,
  • Share confidential materials, or
  • Otherwise disrupt the community.
  1. Intellectual Property
    All materials provided in the Guide and Chat are for personal use only.
    You may not copy, share, distribute, or resell any part of the Guide, Chat content, or related materials.
    Unauthorized sharing may result in removal from the chat without a refund.
  2. Limitations and Responsibilities

You agree that the creator of the Guide and Chat is not liable for:

  • Any outcomes of your residency application, relocation decisions, or administrative processes,
  • Any actions or advice provided by third-party experts such as lawyers and accountants,
  • Any financial or legal consequences resulting from your choices.
  1. Chargebacks
    Chargebacks for delivered services—including consultations, personalized guidance, or expert advice—will be disputed and supported with documentation of services rendered.
  2. Access and Updates
    Your purchase includes access to the current version of the Guide, future updates, and ongoing participation in the Chat unless removed under Section 6.
  3. Governing Law
    This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Bulgarian courts.
