A month ago after a break I planned to start making YouTube videos again. And then… we were sick on and off for a month, it got crazy hot in Da Nang and we just couldn’t get ourselves to go out for a full day of filming in the heat. Living in the tropics is quite different from a holiday 😅
6th of May was my Birthday and the next day we got to visit a Vietnamese International Hospital* and were surprised how smooth things went over there! I didn’t share this on social media, but I know many people are interested in the quality of medical services when they go traveling. I want to share our experiences either in a form of an article or a video. I’m sure it can give a piece of mind to other travelers ☺️

And the latest thing that just happened is we flew to Bangkok and met 3 of our subscribers at the airport . A couple and a solo traveler from Germany who got inspired to go to Da Nang after watching our video. It was motivating to hear for sure, and I think that’s a sign for us to come back to YouTube!
I was actually planning to make a video about scams in Vietnam, and on our way back to Da Nang we almost got scammed by taxi drivers for the first time in 4 months 😅 It was actually quite clever how they did it and we almost fell for it. So expect some juicy details in the upcoming videos.
Last video about scams (in Turkey) has more than 300 000 views now. So I hope a video about our experiences in Vietnam will be just as helpful for travelers.
