HI-SO is the trendsetting rooftop in Bangkok. We went there for a little celebration (see video below) and it did not disappoint!
Located on the 29th floor, HI-SO offers an enchanting ambiance with a view overlooking Lumpini Park. There was no dress code, but overall I would say don’t wear beach clothes 🙂 I would say that prices are above average for Bangkok, but that’s expected in a fancy rooftop bar.
HI-SO opens its doors daily at 5.00 PM and welcomes guests until midnight.

Octave rooftop bar is on 50th floor of Marriott next to Thong Lo Skytrain BTS station. Panoramic view of Bangkok, the DJ plays chill dance/electroniс music.
We went to Octave rooftop bar in Bangkok for happy hour 5-7 pm, selected cocktails 50% discount. Normal price 410 THB. We tried 4 different drinks, cocktails were not great, but nice chill atmosphere and an amazing view is definitely worth it!
The dress code at Octave rooftop bar in Bangkok is not too strict. Men in shorts were allowed, alsoo wearing T-shirts. But no open toe shoes (no trainers).
Overall seemed like a lot of tourists, dressed not too fancy. My review is Octave rooftop bar is one of the best, not too expensive and not too strict with dress code skybars in Bangkok. Definitely worth a visit, especially if you stay not far from Marriott hotel (Tong Lo BTS).
