Best Places To Visit & Attractions in Da Nang Vietnam
Da Nang is a city with a rich history and culture, and there are many fascinating landmarks and attractions to visit.
If you are in Da Nang only for a day or two, I recommend joining a tour, where a local guide will show you all the attractions in one day.
If you have 3-5 days in Da Nang, you can easily rent a motorbike or get a taxi to see all the attractions. But be prepared that traffic in Vietnam can be chaotic and I wouldn’t recommend renting a bike if you are not an experienced driver. Also beware of possible scams, watch this video.
Marble Mountains
The Marble Mountains are a group of five limestone and marble hills that are located just outside the city. The mountains are named after the five elements of the universe: metal, wood, water, fire, and earth.
You can climb to the top of the mountains to see temples, pagodas, and caves that are filled with Buddhist and Hindu statues and carvings. The views from the top of the mountains are breathtaking, and visitors can see the city, the sea, and the surrounding countryside.

Beautiful Beaches in Da Nang Vietnam
Da Nang is known for its stunning beaches, which are some of the best in Vietnam. The city has over 90 kilometers of coastline, and there are many beaches to choose from.

Most popular beaches in Da Nang are My Khe Beach and My An Beach. And for good reason! The beach is lined with coconut trees and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. You can also find a range of watersports activities like jet-skiing and parasailing.
On the beaches of Da Nang you will find soft white sand, crystal-clear water…but there is a “but”. While during high season the beach in Da Nang is perfect for swimming, during low season the waves can be too strong and there will be red flags on the beach everywhere.
You should also be aware of riptides and take safety precautions when swimming in the sea.
Aside from two main beaches that are easily reachable on foot from central location in Da Nang, there are also secluded beaches located on the outskirts of the city that are often referred to as “the most beautiful bay in the world” due to its picturesque scenery. You can reach them by taxi or rent a motorbike.
